In particular, the goal of Fargo2Night was to provide the following:

  • An easy way to explore a diverse range of restaurants, bars, clubs, and events: Search by location, cuisine, type of venue, and atmosphere to find the perfect fit for your mood and preferences.

  • The ability to discover hidden gems and local favourites: Uncover exciting new places through curated recommendations and user-generated content.

  • A platform that allows customers to stay informed with the latest updates: Find upcoming events, special offers, and exclusive deals on your favourite spots.


To tackle the three main goals of the customer, I have proposed and delivered the following solutions:

    • Focus on user experience: Solving user pain points by offering a comprehensive platform for exploring restaurants and nightlife options.
    • Benefits for both sides: Emphasising the value proposition for both businesses (profile management and customer reach) and users (information access, reviews, and community features).

    • Branding: Creating a brand that is bright, loud and fun- reflecting both the image of the Fargo-Moorhead area the client wanted to depict and the main demographic of its users
    • Website: Supporting the complexity of the website through CMS and WordPress allowing full access for every member to customise their own profile, update their info, upload their menu, add photos and videos to their own profile.
